Wow!

We had two maintenance requests and the maintenance man was here to fix things in less than an hour. Josh is always respectful of us and our belongings and gives us feedback and suggestions when needed. We have every confidence that moving here was a great choice. I like that the resident portal of the website provides a timely vehicle for communication. Life is great here at Birchwood Pointe!!!

Birchwood Pointe living

We're happy to have found such a nice, quiet complex that is well maintained and very convenient. The maintenance crew is quick to respond to requests and are respectful and so helpful. The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant. Our neighbors are very welcoming and mindful of others needs. We feel safe and very happy.
